Join FLAME for a two-part workshop on Frameworks for Guiding Institutional Change and Developing Positive Dialogue led by Braden Paytner, Director of Methodology and Practice with The International Coalition of Sites of Conscience. The Coalition works with organizations to better support their communities in building just and humane futures.

These two sessions will offer participants an approach for leading organizational change and developing positive dialogue inside and outside of their organizations. The first session will share background on theories of change, a progression for transforming injustice, and agency for individual and institutional impact. The second session will begin to take theory to practice through core concepts of dialogue and several foundational skills and tools.
