Liron Efrat is a boundary crosser who recently completed an unconventional art history PhD in digital cultural heritage. Her research explores museum apps and museums’ use of emerging technologies, and digital art. Previously the digitization specialist at the Israel Museum and a data analyst for the global software corporation ProQuest, she is currently working on establishing an online database of cultural heritage AR apps.
